Q: Can I really manage ALL my UASC transaction via UASC Online
A: Yes. UASC Online makes the provision to allow you to see all your bookings, bills of lading, tracking, invoices etc, irrespective of the channel you used to submit them to us. This is a distinct advantage to using UASC Online.
Q: How does 'My Schedules' work?
A: My schedules allows you to recevie regular updates of your favourite schedules directly to your inbox. For schedules which you regularly ship cargo, you can receive the latest sailing dates every 1 week, 2 weeks or monthly.
Q: How long will it take you to process my booking?
A: Bookings made via UASC Online are treated with the upmost priority. We aim to have responded to your request within 2 working hours.
Q: Can I print my own Bill of Lading?
A: In the initial release, customers will only be able to EDIT and APPROVE their draft bills of lading. In a later release, planned for 2012, customers will be given the option to PRINT their original Bill of Lading via UASC Online.
Q: How do I use the UASC Online tracking module?
A: All UASC customers can use the UASC Online tracking module. This module gives customers an enhanced view of their UASC shipments. Customers can search individual booking, container or bill of lading numbers or do a bulk tracking search against all their shipments currently in transit.
Any UASC Online registered customer can receive UASC sailing schedules direct to their inbox. UASC schedules between locations, at specific ports or for a specific vessel can be subscribed to and received weekly, every 2 weeks or one per month.
